We provide only an optical fiber cable connection which needs a lot of roadside works. It can take 3 Working days to 7 Working days which fully depend on our Fiber Team Queue and road situation.
Yes, for dedicated Home Classic Fiber & Home Pro Fiber we will ensure you at least 75% Bandwidth till Singapore server. On the other hand, Shared Fiber is a shared connection and it’s difficult to control minimum Bandwidth.
Yes, We provide on-demand real IP on Home Pro and Corporate connection. Maximum 1 IP for Home pro connection. But still, an option to purchase an additional IP for home classic connection.
On-demand real IP means, If you need any real IP then we will provide you Real IP. Maximum 1 IP for Home.
